Women from the Past, Ahead of Their Time

Love Scottish history and adventurous women of the past? These two books from my Historic Women of the Highlands series are standalone novels that tell the fascinating real-life stories of women who helped shape Scottish history. Meet the spiritualist Countess of Cromartie and the ghost of Castle Leod, called The Night Watchman, who roams the castle’s dark corridors even today. Discover the last prophecy of the legendary Brahan Seer, who foretold the demise of one of the Highlands’ most powerful clan dynasties . . . and the woman who challenged tradition and destiny to claim the title of Clan Mackenzie chief.
